The Heart Behind Grace At Home Care
Grace At Home Care was born from a deeply personal experience. Founders Lin and Jerry Collins witnessed the heartbreaking dilemma of their dear friends, Tom and Maureen—an elderly couple facing separation due to Maureen’s declining health. Determined to keep them together, Lin and Jerry welcomed them into their home. Though Tom passed away just six months later, Maureen remained with them, receiving love and compassionate care until her passing.
This life-changing journey inspired Lin and Jerry to create something greater—an in-home care service built on empathy, dignity, and connection. Drawing from their own experience and backgrounds as seasoned executives, they established Grace At Home Care to deliver exceptional, relationship-focused support to seniors and their families.
With heart-led leadership and a commitment to excellence, Lin and Jerry are redefining what home care can be.
