Exploring Our Roots
Grace At Home Care was founded by Lin and Jerry Collins, who share a passion for providing quality in-home care that prioritizes relationships between seniors and their care providers. Their shared passion was born out of a personal experience that had a transformational impact on their personal and professional journeys.
In 2020, dear friends of theirs were facing a difficult choice. Tom and Maureen were in their 80’s and still very much in love. However, Maureen’s physical and mental deterioration meant she needed a higher level of care than their assisted living community could provide. Maureen was adamant that she did not want to live in a nursing home because she could not bear the thought of being separated from Tom. However, without the support of family, their options were bleak. They faced the choice of either going into a nursing home together, which Tom did not yet need, or being separated
Lin and Jerry stepped in, inviting Tom and Maureen to live with them in their lovely home in Evergreen. Unexpectedly, Tom passed away six months later, but Maureen continued to live with Lin and Jerry until her passing a year and a half later. Providing Tom and Maureen this level of joy, love, and excellent care was life-changing for Lin and Jerry, and it led to the birth of Grace At Home Care.
With Lin and Jerry at the helm, Grace At Home Care is a different kind of home care service, specializing in physical and emotional care that is truly compassionate while also reflecting top industry standards. Lin and Jerry bring their personal as well as their professional expertise to the equation as both have worked as high level executives and directors in a variety of industries. Together, Lin and Jerry provide dynamic leadership that has a strong impact on their seniors, seniors’ families, and employees.

Lin Collins ~ Founder
Lin brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for senior care to her role at Grace At Home Care. With a background in management at a national home health care agency she has a deep-rooted understanding of seniors’ needs and challenges. Lin is committed to ensuring that her seniors’ voices are heard, and their desires are respected.
Lin is also a skilled Dementia Practitioner, able to develop and implement engaging activities for seniors with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and cognitive disorders. Lin’s true passion lies in bringing greater meaning and quality of life to all her seniors and their families. She serves as a dedicated advocate, providing much-needed physical and emotional support to help her seniors achieve the highest quality of life possible.
Jerry Collins ~ Co-Founder
As co-founder of Grace At Home Care, Jerry infuses his vast business acumen and personal experience into the heart of the organization. Stemming from a deeply personal journey of caregiving for friends, Jerry and Lin envisioned a service that extends beyond traditional care, focusing on meaningful connections and personalized attention.
This origin story highlights the essence of Grace At Home Care – a dedication to transforming the landscape of in-home care through compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Jerry’s leadership not only guides the operational success of Grace but also ensures that the spirit of empathy and understanding is at the forefront of every decision and interaction.
Andrew Collins ~ Co-Founder
Andrew brings a rich background in sales and business development from the tech industry, coupled with a deep commitment to enhancing patient care. His journey from tech to healthcare is driven by a passion for applying innovative solutions to improve quality of life. Known for his personable approach, Andrew is highly regarded for building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and our patients’ families.
Andrew’s expertise is balanced with a keen understanding of the sensitive nature of home health care, focusing on empathy, trust, and the holistic well-being of patients. He has proved instrumental in maintaining a culture of care and compassion within Grace At Home Care, ensuring that operational decisions always prioritize patient needs. Andrew’s unique blend of professional acumen and personal warmth embodies the company’s dedication to delivering exceptional home health care with a patient first approach.
Ashley ~ Director of Nursing
Ashley brings an abundance of knowledge to Grace At Home Care, drawing from her unique background as a registered nurse. With experience in a variety of nursing specialties, including cardiac, postpartum, pediatric, infant, and perioperative care, she has a deep understanding of patient needs across different stages and conditions. Her transition into an administrative role, where she helped launch a pediatric telephone nurse triage program, further enhances her ability to provide comprehensive care.
Ashley is genuinely committed to compassionate, individualized, patient-centered care. She believes that patients should never be seen as just a number, but rather as individuals with unique needs and stories. Her dedication to fostering strong relationships with both patients and their families helps create an environment of trust and care. Above all, Ashley is an advocate for her patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support every step of the way. This passion and commitment make her a valuable asset to Grace At Home Care.
As a former manager at a national home care agency, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many families face when trying to find quality, personalized care for their loved ones. While I saw good intentions across the industry, I also saw a gap—a need for care that goes deeper. Care that truly listens, adapts, and treats each senior like family.
That’s why I founded Grace At Home Care.

Alongside my co-founders, Jerry and Drew Collins, we created Grace At Home to reimagine what aging in place should feel like—safe, supported, and deeply personal.
