Lin brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for senior care to her role at Grace At Home Care. With a background in management at a national home health care agency she has a deep-rooted understanding of seniors’ needs and challenges. Lin is committed to ensuring that her clients' voices are heard, and their desires are respected.
Lin is also a skilled Dementia Practitioner, able to develop and implement engaging activities for clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and cognitive disorders. Lin's true passion lies in bringing greater meaning and quality of life to all her clients and their families. She serves as a dedicated advocate, providing much-needed physical and emotional support to help her clients achieve the highest quality of life possible.
Jerry Collins ~ Co-Founder
As co-founder of Grace at Home Care, Jerry infuses his vast business acumen and personal experience into the heart of the organization. Stemming from a deeply personal journey of caregiving for friends, Jerry and Lin envisioned a service that extends beyond traditional care, focusing on meaningful connections and personalized attention. Andrew Collins ~ Director of Business Operations
Andrew brings a rich background in sales and business development from the tech industry, coupled with a deep commitment to enhancing patient care. His journey from tech to healthcare is driven by a passion for applying innovative solutions to improve quality of life. Known for his personable approach, Andrew is highly regarded for building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and our patients’ families. Andrew’s expertise is balanced with a keen understanding of the sensitive nature of home health care, focusing on empathy, trust, and the holistic well-being of patients. He has proved instrumental in maintaining a culture of care and compassion within Grace At Home Care, ensuring that operational decisions always prioritize patient needs. Jane Voisin ~ Director of Nursing
Jane Voisin serves as the Director of Nursing at Grace at Home Care, backed by over a decade of nursing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Denver School of Nursing and is a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) with certifications in Basic Life Support and NIHH Stroke Care. She has built a diverse skill set across various hospital settings including Medical-Surgical, Community Health, and Surgical Prep/Recovery roles at prominent institutions like St. Anthony Hospital & Centura.
Jane’s extensive background in Long-Term Adult Care, including her compassionate work with elderly patients facing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Rehabilitation challenges, uniquely qualifies her to lead our home care team with both expertise and empathy. Her dedication to patient education, staff mentorship, and professional development fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing both exceptional care and continuous growth.
